Resolved Question: Hiking areas and fun recreation spots Spokane wa?

I live in spokane washington, looking for some nice spots to go hike, mostly for an easy hiking/ walking day as I'll have ppl with me not in the best of shape lol I know it's winter, maybe a spot where therte is or was a stream or pond or where part of a water body passes nearby maybe? And up a bit higher too in elevation to get a good view? I havent lived here very long so I don't know the area. Anything helps!
